At Ombael Early Childhood Education Center, food safety is an essential part of protecting children’s health and well-being. A dedicated training session was conducted for our kitchen staff with Mrs. Maguy Jabbour, Food Safety Consultant and Auditor, Food Expert, and Quality Control Manager.
The session focused on reinforcing good hygiene practices, safe food handling, proper food storage, temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, and kitchen sanitation. Through this initiative, we continue to strengthen our commitment to providing children with safe, healthy, and nutritious meals in a clean and hygienic environment.
